These terms apply to your use of Podflow, a desktop application built and operated by Wei-Haw Huang ("we"), an independent developer based in Taiwan. By using Podflow you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
本條款適用於 Podflow（由台灣獨立開發者 Wei-Haw Huang 開發營運的桌面程式）。使用 Podflow 即表示你同意本條款與隱私權政策。
Podflow uses YouTube API Services. By using Podflow's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Podflow 使用 YouTube API 服務。使用 Podflow 的 YouTube 功能，即表示你同意受 YouTube 服務條款約束。
Podflow connects to services you choose, such as YouTube, Instagram, your podcast host, AssemblyAI, Anthropic and Cloudflare. Your use of each service is also governed by that service's own terms. You are responsible for having the right to use those accounts and for any fees they charge you.
Podflow 會連接你選擇的第三方服務，你對各服務的使用同時受其條款約束，並須自行負責帳號使用權與相關費用。
You keep all rights to your recordings, clips, captions and other content. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to publish it and that it complies with the rules of each platform you publish to. Podflow may suggest titles, descriptions and clips, but you decide what is published: nothing is posted until you review and confirm it.
你的錄音、短影音、字幕等內容權利完全屬於你，並須自行確保有權發布且符合各平台規範。Podflow 可以提供標題、說明與片段建議，但發布與否由你決定：你審閱確認前不會發布任何內容。
Do not use Podflow to publish content you do not have rights to, to spam, or to break the rules of any platform it connects to.
請勿用 Podflow 發布你沒有權利的內容、發送垃圾訊息，或違反所連接平台的規範。
Podflow is provided "as is". Third-party services can change or become unavailable, and automated steps can fail. Please check that your posts were published as intended. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Podflow.
Podflow 依現況提供。第三方服務可能變更或中斷，自動化步驟也可能失敗，請確認貼文是否如預期發布。在法律允許範圍內，我們不對使用 Podflow 產生的間接或衍生損失負責。
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using Podflow at any time by uninstalling it and revoking its access as described in the Privacy Policy.
我們可能更新本條款，以上方日期為最新版本。你可以隨時解除安裝並依隱私權政策撤銷授權，停止使用 Podflow。
