1. Summary

Podflow is a desktop application that runs on your own computer. The developer of Podflow does not operate any server that receives your files, recordings, transcripts or account data. Your data is stored on your computer and is sent only to the third-party services that you choose to connect, and only to perform the task you asked for.

Podflow 是在你自己電腦上執行的桌面程式。開發者沒有任何接收你檔案、錄音、逐字稿或帳號資料的伺服器。你的資料存在你的電腦上，只會傳給你自己選擇連接的第三方服務，並只用於完成你要求的動作。

2. YouTube API Services

Podflow uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel to Podflow, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When you connect a YouTube channel, Podflow requests these permissions:

youtube.upload — to upload the short clips you choose to publish;
youtube.readonly — to read your channel's name and ID, so Podflow can show you which channel is connected before anything is published.

Podflow does not read your analytics, comments, subscribers, playlists or other videos, and does not modify or delete any existing content on your channel.

Before each upload, you review and can edit the title, description, visibility (public, unlisted or private) and publish time. Nothing is uploaded until you confirm.

3. What information Podflow uses and stores

Podflow does not collect analytics about you, does not show advertisements, and does not allow third parties to serve content or ads.

4. How information is shared

Podflow sends information only to the services you connect, only to complete an action you started:

AssemblyAI — episode audio, to produce a transcript.
Anthropic (Claude) — transcript text, to draft titles, descriptions and clip suggestions for you to review.
Your podcast host (e.g. SoundOn) — episode audio, title, description and cover, when you submit an episode.
Cloudflare R2 (your own storage bucket) — a clip is placed there temporarily because Instagram must fetch videos from a public link; it is deleted after publishing.
Instagram (Meta) and YouTube (Google) — the clips, captions, titles and descriptions you choose to publish.

Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy. The developer of Podflow does not receive, sell or share your information with anyone else. YouTube data obtained through YouTube API Services is shown only to you and is never shared with other parties.

Podflow 只會把資料送到你自己連接的服務，而且只為了完成你發起的動作：AssemblyAI（音檔轉逐字稿）、Anthropic Claude（逐字稿用來草擬文案）、你的 podcast 平台如 SoundOn（上架單集）、你自己的 Cloudflare R2（Instagram 需要公開網址抓影片，發布後即刪除）、Instagram 與 YouTube（你選擇發布的內容）。開發者不會接收、販售或分享你的資料；透過 YouTube API 取得的資料只顯示給你本人。

5. Cookies and data on your device

This website does not use cookies. The Podflow app stores the data described above on your computer. To submit episodes to your podcast host, Podflow uses a built-in browser window, which keeps that host's login cookies on your computer so you do not have to sign in every time.

本網站不使用 cookie。Podflow 會把上述資料存在你的電腦上；為了替你上架到 podcast 平台，App 內建的瀏覽器視窗會在你電腦上保留該平台的登入 cookie。

6. Revoking access and deleting your data

You can revoke Podflow's access to your Google / YouTube account at any time at the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
You can revoke Instagram access in Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
To delete all data Podflow stores, uninstall Podflow and delete its data folder (%APPDATA%\Lan's Podcast) and its entries in Windows Credential Manager. Because this data exists only on your computer, deleting it removes it completely; the developer holds no copy.

7. Children

Podflow is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for adult podcasters.

8. Changes

If Podflow starts using information in a way not described here, this policy will be updated and you will be asked to review and accept it again in the app before continuing.
